Our Lawn Maintenance Services

Basic Lawn Mowing

• Regular Mowing: Our basic service ensures your lawn is mowed regularly, maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
• Edging and Trimming: We provide precise edging and trimming around walkways, driveways, and flower beds to enhance the overall look.
• Weekly Mowing: For rainy season start and every 2-3 weeks in the dry season. No more than 40 cuts a year.  (Additional mowing beyond 40 times a year is charged per cut)
• Bed/paver spraying: Offered at $10-$15 per month (depending on area). No additional services are included in this price.

Standard Lawn Care Package

• Mowing and Edging: Regular mowing and meticulous edging around all hard surfaces.
• Weed Control: Targeted weed control to keep your lawn free from invasive plants.
• Hedge and Shrub Trimming: Maintaining the shape and health of your hedges and shrubs.

Bronze Level Lawn Care Package

• Weekly Mowing/Edging: May-Oct (if yard is stressed, flooded or dry, mowing may be skipped).
• Biweekly Mowing/Edging: Nov-April. On non-cut weeks, no service is performed unless trimming is scheduled.
• Shrub Trimming: Up to 8 times per year (up to 7 ft in height). Shrubs above 7 feet tall are a separate service (hand pruning is separate).
• Spot Spraying Weeds: In Beds and pavers as needed on each visit (weather permitting). Large vines are pulled off shrubs when shrubs are trimmed.
• Trimming Seed Pods Off: Christmas Palms, Foxtails and other self-cleaning palms up to 10 ft tall.
• Checking Irrigation: ONE time during dry season and changing the clocks for daylight savings time (service calls apply thereafter).
• Tree Trimming: (including chainsaw pygmy palms) would be billed separately. Low hanging branches on pygmy palms are hand snipped as needed. 

Premium Lawn Care Package

• Comprehensive Lawn Maintenance: Includes all services from the Basic and Standard packages.
• Increased Shrub Trimming Frequency and Tree Trimming: Priority service for storm clean-ups. Increased frequencies of mowing.

Silver Level Lawn Care Package

• Weekly Mowing/Edging: April-Nov (if yard is stressed, flooded or dry, mowing may be skipped)
• Biweekly Mowing/Edging: Dec-Mar.
• Shrub Trimming: 2 times a month in the rainy season, once a month in dry season (up to 7 ft in height). Shrubs above 7 feet in height are a separate quote (hand pruning is separate for shrubs).
• Spot Spraying Weeds: In Beds and pavers as needed on each visit (weather permitting). Large vines are pulled off shrubs when shrubs are trimmed.
• Trimming Seed Pods Off: Christmas Palms, Foxtails and other self-cleaning palms up to 10 ft tall.
• Checking Irrigation: TWO times during dry season and changing the clocks for daylight savings time (service calls apply thereafter).
• Tree Trimming: Would be billed separately. Pygmy Palm chainsaw trimming is included once a year. Intermittent hand snipping of dead branches is included.
• Visits During Non-Cut Weeks: In the winter to pick up debris, spot check the property and blow off hard surfaces. The crew would not spend as much time here as during a mowing week. (No services are performed the week between Christmas and New Years).

Gold Level Lawn Care Package

• Weekly Lawn Mowing/Edging: Year round (except the week between Christmas and New Years)
• Shrub Trimming: Weekly in summer and 2 times a month in winter (up to 8 feet in height) (hand pruning is separate).
• Spot Spraying: Weeds in beds and pavers on each visit (unless weather prohibits). One preventative treatment in late Spring is included.
• Vines and Weeds: Pulled of shrubs and walls/screens on each visit.
• Trimming Seed Pods: Christmas Palms, Foxtails and other self-cleaning palms up to 15 ft tall.
• Checking Irrigation: SIX times during the year and changing the clocks for daylight savings time (service calls apply thereafter).
• Hurricane Priority Service: Hurricane prep or hurricane clean-ups (work is billed separately).
• Chainsaw Shaping of Pygmy Palms: Twice a year.
• Chainsaw Trimming: Queen palms, Coconut palms, Bismark Palms, Travelers Palms and Cabbage palms (up to 25 ft tall) is included once a year. Canary Date, Sylvester and other palms not mentioned are billed separately.
• Priority Services: Mulching in the fall (mulch is billed separately).
• Sweep Spider Webs: Once a month on soffits.

By-the-Minute Premium Service

For clients that want their yard and beds looking prestigious each week, we will track the time the crew stays at the house each week and bill at the industry rate of $75 per person/per hour and the crew still stay until everything is satisfactory and to your standards. This will allow the crew to manicure the yard and perform tasks such as:

• Manually raking the yard.
• Hand prune shrubs.
• Manually pull weeds.
• Hand-pick up leaves and debris from the beds.
• Hand-saw dead branches each week.
• Run the mower slowly to create smoother cut patterns.
• Fluff the mulch with rakes.
• Cutting seed pods on all trees each week.
• Checking the irrigation system on each visit.

This would be billed on a weekly basis and due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
